Alexandra has built a long and successful career in the financial sector, initially as an international fixed income fund manager for a number of premier international banks and financial institutions before moving onto the development of global institutional fund management services. Forming Noble & Associates a decade ago, she has since built a successful professional advisory practice providing advisory and business development services to pension funds, asset managers and investment consultants. She is now in growing demand by many of her major clients who want her to share her wisdom, market experience and human development skills by mentoring their next generation of high-flying and talented potential leaders and she is convinced this will increasingly become a success differentiator within the financial sector. Alexandra lives in the City with her husband and is Chair of Future-Fit Ltd, and a Trustee of the children’s’ charity ‘Tree of Hope’ as well as The Foundation of Nursing Studies and The OPLAN Foundation.
