Alongside our three-streamed agenda with over 30 inspirational speakers, we will also be offering an exciting programme of Fringe Events throughout the day - all included in your ticket price.

The Fringe Events programme aims to focus on you as an individual and offers the chance for you to learn how you can develop your personal brand, how you can improve your work-life balance, have a 1-2-1 session with one of our mentors or enjoy one of our yoga sessions on offer during the day. There really is something for everyone!


BETTER BUSINESS -

10:45 - 11:15 How to network naturally; your personal Brand 

This fringe session will focus on developing your personal brand; improving your LinkedIn with focus on how to best present your profession and expertise on social media and in the board room.


MENTORING ACADEMY:

In addition to the mentoring session on the festival programme, we'll also have a mentoring zone open for part of the day. Book in a 15 minute 1-2-1 session with one of our lead mentors from 12:00 - 14:00.

MINDFULNESS ZONE:

The number of stress-related absences in financial services is higher now than in the immediate aftermath of the 2008 financial crisis, employment law specialist Fox & Partners has found in an analysis of Health and Safety Executive figures. Many within the industry don’t believe that businesses are doing enough to support their employees, banking and financial service industries employees in particularly are prone to sedentary behaviour, poor nutrition and sleep deprivation, impacting on their overall health and productivity. We hope our mindfulness zone will go some way in bridging that gap; providing you with a workshop sharing useful tips on how to reduce and take control of your day-to-day stresses, learning how to switch off, and mindfulness techniques to handle stressful situation within the workplace.
