Amanda began her career in Northern Ireland as a financial adviser with Canada Life. She then moved to Allied Dunbar, initially in a dual role of manager and financial adviser. In 2006 she took the bold step of becoming the first adviser authorised by an unknown financial advice network called Intrinsic. Twelve years later Intrinsic has grown to become one of the largest networks in the UK and Amanda’s career has followed a similar trajectory. Having relocated from Northern Ireland she became Training & Development Director, responsible for leading Intrinsic’s training function and event programme. In 2017, following a restructure to provide more focused and specialised support for financial planners and mortgage advisers alike, Amanda became Sales Director for the Intrinsic Wealth Network. In 2019 she moved to the National arm of the business to the role of Commercial Director.
